Some details about the tour:
Navigating airports can be very stressful. Unlike other tours, in which you have to find
your own way to Ireland before even meeting up, I'll be with you to help at the airport:
check-in, security clearance, and getting to the flight. Also, unlike most tours, mine are
limited to 7-10 people. I'll also help you to book a flight, and provide information about
getting to the airport and available parking options.
You will need a US Passport, but it is not necessary to apply for a visa.
After an overnight flight you'll arrive at Dublin Airport early in the morning. After
clearing customs, we will travel together by Air Coach into Dublin city center, exchange
currency, and check in to the hotel. The first day is tiring, and I've found the best way to
get on Irish time is to take a brief nap and go out, but make an early night of it. By the
next morning you should feel refreshed and ready to explore!
There are many places to go in Dublin and Ireland. I will share information about all
the possibilities and hear what you would like to see while in Ireland. I will create an
itinerary based on interests of the group.
Here is an example of a typical day:
- Breakfast at The Queen of Tarts
- Trinity College Library and the Book of Kells
- Shopping and Lunching in Grafton Street area
- A River Liffey Cruise
- Rest before evening activities
- Dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants in Dublin
- Music and pints at the International Bar
We will have many places to visit each day such as:
- St. Mary's Pro Cathedral for services

- Historic O'Connell Street and the GPO
- Guinness Storehouse and Brewery
- Little Dublin Museum
- Old Jameson Distillery

the Giant's Causeway can also be arranged. There are so many possibilities!!
